We believe in doing things a little differently at Haile Solutions and we want to hire people that want to work with us. If you want to work with us, then this is our recruitment process:

We talk. It is not an interview, it’s a meeting. This is where you can ask us about what we do, why we do it, and what makes us tick. Best of all you can tell us how great you are and what motivates you. If we agree that we might be a fit.

Depending on the role we will give you some example scenarios/cases and you can show us how you would manage them.
